Jay Schembs Promoted to Partner

Zachary Scott & Co. is pleased to announce that Jay Schembs has been promoted to Partner. Jay joined the firm in 2007, and has become a major contributor in origination, transaction execution, and oversight of firm marketing initiatives.

He currently manages the firm’s private equity coverage and is actively involved in advising niche manufacturing and distribution companies.

Jay earned a B.A. from Swarthmore College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
