Western Utilities Supply Company (“WUSC”) was a distributor of waterworks piping and related equipment used to build water systems for municipal and commercial developments.  The owner group was composed of the CEO and a broad group of individuals who had been owners for many years.  They desired to monetize their investment.

Zachary Scott was engaged to conduct a buyer search and negotiate the optimal sale transaction.


WUSC was sold to Hughes Supply Co., a national coverage distributor of waterworks equipment.  Hughes integrated WUSC into its system and used its infrastructure and employees as its Pacific Northwest distributor.
