The Company was founded by Tod Reichert and has remained under family control for over 40 years. For estate planning and wealth diversification purposes, the shareholders elected to pursue a sale of the business.

ZS Role

Zachary Scott was retained on an exclusive basis to represent the owners in a sale of 100% of the Company to a strategic buyer.
