100% of the shares of Isernio Sausage Company were sold to Premium Brands; Inc. Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia Premium Brands is a publicly traded producer, marketer, and distributor of branded specialty food products. Isernio’s was acquired through Premium Brands’ US subsidiary, Hempler Food Group, Inc., which produces a variety of premium, smoked meat products.
