After a broad search for partners with the desired attributes, Freeman was sold to Advanced Marine Technologies (“AMT”), a leading marine equipment manufacturer based in British Columbia. The Advanced Marine companies include Diamond Sea Glaze, Manly Marine and Steelhead Marine. The acquisition supports AMT’s strategy of expanding its product line in the marine closure industry.
