Situation
Bering Straits Native Corporation (“BSNC”) is a Regional Alaska Native Corporation established under the provisions of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971. The corporation is operated for the sole benefit of its 8,000+ shareholders, providing regular quarterly dividends, educational advancement programs, and employment opportunities. Within its region, BSNC has investments in real estate and development, tourism, construction, and mining.
BSNC identified a potential opportunity for expansion within the region that would align with its strategic goals and wanted assistance in determining the efficacy of an investment.
