I started my career in tax at RSM, providing tax planning and preparation services to middle market businesses and their owners. Thereafter, I transitioned to Chinook Capital Advisors, a smaller regional M&A advisory firm, where I spent many years serving business owners from a broad array of industries on complex business transitions, recapitalizations, and company sale transactions.
I find fulfillment helping business owners navigate the complexities of the sale process to ensure the outcome of the sale aligns with their personal goals. Being a true client advocate—prioritizing the business owner’s interests at every stage of a transaction—is central to how I approach my work.
I hold a BA in Political Economy from the University of Washington and both a JD & MBA from Seattle University.

What I love about what I do:
I think there’s no greater luxury in life than peace of mind. Helping business owners get to the end of an M&A transaction with peace of mind is the ultimate reward.
Outside the office:
I spend most of my free time with my wife and young daughters. We enjoy traveling, cooking, and the outdoors. The hobbies I still make time for include fishing, scuba diving, and big-game hunting.
