I started my career in Colorado working for Kroll, where I managed security clearance investigations and investigatory teams for multiple government agencies. After moving to Seattle, I shifted gears and served on executive leadership teams in finance and professional services for over a decade. Before joining Zachary Scott, I operated my own organizational development consulting business, partnering with private business owners in multiple industries to help them effectively navigate change, improve efficiency, and create satisfaction and ease in their daily work.

In my role at Zachary Scott, I oversee the firm’s operations and execute strategic initiatives to support the firm’s growth. I earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Exercise and Sports Science with a minor in Chemistry. I later earned a certification in Human Resources Management through UW’s Professional & Continuing Education program.

What I love about what I do:

I am a big believer in the idea that “everyone you will ever meet knows something you don’t.” I love connecting with others, learning about their unique talents, and using that knowledge to create teams and processes that harness those collective skills to reach our shared goals.

Outside the office:

I spend my off hours indulging my love for travel, working in the garden, or on our many rainy days, reading on the couch with my husband and our chunky tabby cat.
