Founded in 1991, Zachary Scott is one of the Pacific Northwest’s most established middle-market investment banks. What You’ll Do

• Lead preparation of CIMs, management presentations, pitches, and client-facing materials from first draft to final delivery
• Build and present complex financial models and valuation analyses for client businesses
• Understand and articulate the unique value propositions a company represents to acquirers of different profiles, and how those differences impact value
• Drive industry, market, and company-specific research to support deal strategy
• Produce thought leadership and whitepaper content for client outreach and business development
• Collaborate directly with senior bankers and clients throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Mentor, train, and supervise analysts and interns

What We’re Looking For

The strongest candidates will be technically sharp, intellectually curious, and genuinely energized by working with owner-operated businesses across multiple industries. Specifically:

• 2+ years of investment banking experience (middle-market experience a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to own analytical workstreams and deliver client-ready work product independently
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and fluency in PowerPoint — you produce work that’s both rigorous and polished
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High accountability, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deal timelines simultaneously
• A collaborative instinct and low ego — you thrive in a small team where everyone contributes

Compensation & Benefits

We offer compensation that is competitive with middle-market peers, commensurate with experience. This includes a base salary, performance-based bonus, and benefits. We are committed to paying well for excellent work.
